Pakistan Army cornered in Balochistan; BLA claims to have killed 26 Pakistani soldiers:- The BLA has claimed to have carried out 22 attacks in Balochistan over eight days. The BLA claims that around 26 personnel from the Pakistan Army and alleged ‘death squads’ were killed in these attacks.
The Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) has claimed to have carried out multiple attacks in Balochistan over a period of eight days. The BLA asserts that its fighters executed a total of 22 attacks in the region during this time. It is claimed that these attacks targeted Pakistani security forces, police outposts, army convoys, and allegedly government-backed armed groups.

According to the BLA, around 26 personnel from the Pakistan Army and alleged ‘death squads’ were killed in these attacks, while many others are reported to be injured. The BLA also claims that one alleged member has been captured alive.
The BLA states that its fighters carried out multiple attacks in Balochistan over a period of eight days, targeting security outposts, bridges, and vehicles. They also claimed to have targeted commercial vehicles, stating that this is part of their economic blockade.
Over the past eight days, the BLA claimed that its fighters intercepted and seized three commercial vehicles near Nok Chah on the Quetta-Taftan trade route on August 9.

On August 10, at Jomi on the Kharan Highway, the BLA claimed that its fighters had detained police personnel and destroyed a police post using explosives. However, they stated that the police personnel were subsequently released.
The BLA claims that on August 11, its fighters conducted a raid based on intelligence at the hideout of an armed group in Surap, Buleda. The BLA claimed that the group’s alleged leader was killed, while four othersтАФMuhibullah, Durra, Ahmed, and TalhaтАФwere injured.
The BLA has claimed responsibility for destroying the Chhatar police station using explosives. In the Yakmach market, the BLA claimed that three commercial vehicles were damaged by gunfire and another vehicle was seized. The BLA also claimed that a Pakistani army convoy was targeted with an IED in Rodenjo, Kalat, resulting in the deaths of 17 soldiers.
The BLA claimed that an officer was injured in a grenade attack on the Police Lines in Chitkan, Panjgur, on August 13. Meanwhile, in Turbat on August 14, the BLA claimed to have targeted a Pakistan Army convoy using a remote-controlled IED mounted on a motorcycle. It is claimed that three soldiers were killed and four others were critically injured in this attack.
The BLA claims that on August 15, it destroyed two army outposts and a bridge using explosives at Sarab’s Mul Madrasa.
